I will tell you step by step instruction to setup your pendrive as computer ram 

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

INSERT the Pendrive (which we have to use as a ram)

Open My Computer and open the properties of the INSERTED PENDRIVE by Right click on the Pendrive icon. 

And then click the READY BOOST option on the properties tab

Then click USE THIS DEVICE , then select the how many MB use as a ram

And then click APPLY and Click OK..

That's All your pendrive is set as a computer ram..
